This fine estate has been building in West Point, Nebraska since the family built the house in 1910. There are many antiques and hard to find items. THIS ISN’T A SALE TO MISS!

When bidding, enter your maximum bid amount. Your bid amount will start at the lowest amount needed to surpass previous winning bid. Bidding increments are as follows:

Buyer’s Premium of 10% will be added to your total winning bid.

Auction Terms & Conditions:

AUCTION PICK UP WILL BE ON TUESDAY JANUARY 17TH FROM 4-7 PM…. IF YOU CAN’T PICK UP THAT DAY PLEASE DONT BID. WINNING BIDDER IS RESPONSIBLE FOR REMOVING ALL ITEMS FROM THE HOUSE. PLEASE BRING HELP TO LOAD LARGE ITEMS! AUCTION CO. WILL NOT HAVE STAFF TO HELP LOAD.
Payment Options: cash, check, wire, or paypal
Payment Instructions: Buyers will be charged following the auction for: the total of your purchases, appropriate buyer premium. Please reachout to the auction company for perfered payment method. shipping, handling, and insurance (if requested) will be charged later that week. You will receive an emailed invoice from the auction house generally within 48 hours of the auction conclusion. 10% buyer’s premium will be standard.
Shipping Instructions: Winning bidders are responsible for all shipping, handling, and insurance charges. All packaging and shipping will be done at Pak-Mail Fremont and will ship with the company of your choice or USPS by default. We will plan to ship your purchases within a couple weeks of auction closing. Please note, the more items you buy generally makes your shipping charges more reasonable. Checkout Date & Times: JANUARY 17TH FROM 4-7 PM. All items are sold ‘AS IS’, ‘WHERE IS’ with no guarantees of any kind. All items must be picked up in West Point, NE on January 17th. Shipping may be available for some items. Auction Company reserves the right to withdraw, re-catalog items in this auction, or forfeit your items after 30 days of no contact.
